Terms of Service
MiniArcade, made by 2Buns LLC. Last updated 12 September 2026.
These terms cover MiniArcade: the website at miniarcade.2bunsllc.com, the web app at https://app.miniarcade.2bunsllc.com, and the iOS and Android apps. Using any of them means you accept them.
What MiniArcade is
A rotating arcade of one-touch games with daily and weekly leaderboards.
Accounts
An account is optional and lets your data and any subscription follow you between devices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for anything that happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
Using it fairly
Please do not try to break the service, interfere with other users, reverse engineer the apps, or use them for anything unlawful. We can suspend access that does these things. Ordinary use, on as many of your own devices as you like, is fine.
Subscription
Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features on top of the free tier.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at the time of purchase, for the same period, until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have already paid for runs to its end.
How to cancel:
- iOS — Settings on your device, then your name, then Subscriptions.
- Android — Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions.
- Web — the Stripe billing portal, linked from Settings in the app.
Cancel through the same channel you bought it in: only Apple or Google can cancel a subscription bought through them, and deleting your account does not cancel it for you.
Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store or Play Store are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us. Purchases made on the web through Stripe are handled by writing to support@2bunsllc.com. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EEA you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund; by subscribing you agree that access begins immediately, and where the service has already been used during that window we may reduce the refund proportionately, as the law allows.
Ads
The iOS and Android apps may show ads served through Google AdMob. Ads are not shown on the website, and Premium subscribers do not see ads in the apps.
No warranty, and what we are liable for
MiniArcade is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and none of it affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Termination
You can stop using MiniArcade at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where 2Buns LLC operates.
